Our drivers possess an impeccable professional record. They have undergone a rigorous vetting process and have successfully completed an enhanced disclosure and barring check, commonly known as DBS. All drivers have a minimum of 5 years of experience as taxi drivers. We solely provide local drivers with whom we have established a relationship based on trust and personal acquaintance.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

Therefore, we will meet you inside the terminal. For Stansted and Luton, both pickups and drop offs are allowed in a designated nearby area. These areas are easy to locate, and we will meet you there. On the day of your travel, your driver will contact you on your mobile to inform you of the most suitable location.
Will I get a conformation email?
After completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Remember to check your spam folder if you haven’t received one. This might happen if you haven’t used us before.
How do I pay?
Payment is typically made to the driver at the conclusion of each journey using either cash or card. Online payment options are also available for your convenience.
Do your taxi drivers speak English?
Indeed, the mother tongue of our our drivers is English. This will facilitate seamless communication. Moreover, a few of our drivers are also conversant in other languages. In cases where passengers are not fluent in English, there is the alternative of using Google Translate as a means of communication.
Will I have to pay for waiting time and parking charges?

Therefore, should there be any delays or disruptions in your travel plans, be it due to flight schedules or customs clearance, the original quote remains unchanged.
Are the drivers police checked?
Our taxi drivers are required, on occasion, to work with vulnerable adults and children, therefore, they are all subjected to a thorough police vetting process. They have successfully completed an enhanced DBS check – Disclosure and Barring service check, which is the most comprehensive level of check that displays all details of the individual’s criminal record including spent convictions, cautions, reprimands, warnings, and convictions. A driver is eligible for a taxi license to operate in Letchworth Garden City, only after satisfying the check. The North Herts District Council is responsible for granting the license.
Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. The driver will keep an eye on the flight number and try to take any delays into account. However, the driver is not liable if he is unable to fulfil your journey due to a major flight delay or if unforeseen circumstances keep you in the airport for far longer than anticipated.
